Our thoughts go out to everyone who has recently been affected by storm Darragh. Our yard has sadly been hit by the storm and left a lot of damage and heartbreak.

In 66 years, we've never experienced destruction like this. We've lost 5 of our stalls along with our hat room and feedroom due to many falling trees and some of our horses had a very close call. Other buildings have also been damaged along with vehicles. Walls have come down and become unstable and we've lost access to power, lighting, heating and water due to various damage. Fences have been broken, gates taken off, tarmac pulled pulled up along with the trees. Years of maintenance and memories lost in a night. Thankfully all our members and animals are safe now.

Unfortunately, some of buildings affected are open sided and couldn't be covered by insurance. Because of this we ask for your help whether that is volunteering or financial support. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
