I've raised £250 to Raffle Granny E’s frugal sunburst blanket in aid of, and to donate equally to, the Alzheimers Society and the Smallwood Trust.

My wonderful Grandmother Elizabeth was taken from us last year by dementia, and in her memory I made a blanket to celebrate her life and raise funds for the Alzheimers Society (to continue their work) and the Smallwood Trust (the charity remembered in her will).
Several awesome people contributed to the project with squares. The aim was to use yarn from their stash, odds and ends that were too small for projects. Granny was frugal all her life and I wanted to showcase this in the blanket.
The blanket is lap sized, 110cm/43 inches tall and 100cm/40 inches wide and made with 100% acrylic yarn. This means it is machine washable.
Raffle tickets are £2 and each multiple of £2 will purchase you more tickets (so £10 equals 5 entries). Please make sure you set the amount donated to show (not anonymous) otherwise I can't enter you into the raffle!
Winners will be drawn at 12 noon 9 August 2018 (the anniversary of the day my Granny passed away).
Good luck!
