Story
Our sponsored walk is part of our SuperKind Change Maker Programme, an initiative that empowers children to take meaningful action on global issues. Through this programme, pupils are encouraged to understand the power of kindness, empathy, and social responsibility, helping them grow into changemakers within their communities and beyond. You can learn more about the programme at https://superkind.org.
All funds raised will go directly towards building a private toilet facility for the girls at Great Hope Children’s Home in Kenya. This cause is especially meaningful to us, as we’ve built a strong connection with the orphanage through Mrs Davies, who has worked closely with them in recent years. Thanks to our ongoing support, we’ve already made a difference and we are proud to continue this partnership.
If we exceed our fundraising goal of £683, the additional funds will support another vital project: the construction of a borehole, which will provide the children with a clean and reliable water source all year round.
