🌳 Save Our Playground! 🌳

We, the parents of children attending Greenslade Preschool, are coming together to raise funds to repair our children’s much-loved playground.

Over the years, the wooden play equipment has sadly begun to rot, meaning much of it is now unsafe and out of action. Our children are missing out on the joy, freedom, and adventure that outdoor play brings every day.

As a charity-run preschool, Greenslade relies on donations to cover running costs. Unfortunately, essential expenses have had to come before playground repairs — so it could be a long time before enough funds are available to fix it.

That’s why we, as parents, have decided to step in and do what we can to help. We’ve set up this fundraising page to help cover the cost of restoring the playground to a safe and fun place for all the children to enjoy.

The lowest quote they’ve received for the repairs is around £2,500 — thankfully much lower than the original estimate of £5,000, but still a big target for a small preschool.
