Story

So far in 2017 a total of 86 large animals have been killed on Dartmoor. This is 75 Sheep, 10 ponies and 1 Cow. These animals have the right of way on Dartmoor. They are unpredictable and do not understand traffic and therefore can often act in a way not expected. Accidents will always happen but by driving at 40 mph at least the animals stand a chance that you will stop. Quite recently a driver was clocked at 117mph which is selfish and totally thoughtless. To hit an animal at that speed is almost certainly going to be fatal for all involved.

What I want to do is produce car stickers, posters and leaflets which highlight the problem and raise the awareness. These speeders have families so perhaps through them we can bring pressure on this small minority of people who want to spoil it for us all. Please remember every time a vehicle hits an animal at speed the driver, be it a husband, wife, brother or sister may also be killed. Help me to prevent this.
