We are the LONDON KNIGHTS, a Basketball England registered club established in 1997. Our mission is to provide an inclusive environment where children aged 4 to 19 can learn and enjoy basketball. We welcome everyone regardless of age or experience. Our home court is at Kensington Leisure Centre, but we also run sessions at various local venues.

Our grassroots basketball program is supported by the Sports Department of RBKC, allowing us to offer sessions for underrepresented groups. We proudly host tailored weekly sessions for children with special educational needs every Monday evening.

In recent years, we have prioritized developing competitive basketball for both boys and girls. Our boys teams compete in the central venue CBL league while our girls teams have made significant strides since the 2021/22 season. We also run women’s basketball sessions aimed at re-engaging women from low socio-economic backgrounds.

The Grenfell Memorial Basketball Tournament holds a special place in our hearts as it commemorates a tragic event that deeply affected our community. This year, we aim to honor the memory of the 72 lives lost by featuring 72 young players each day of the tournament. It is vital that this tragedy is remembered and that we come together as a community to ensure it never happens again.

We are seeking to raise £4,000 to cover essential expenses such as refereeing, coaching, refreshments, DJ services, trophies, and awards for participants. With support from partners like FC Arsenal and London Lions BC, we believe this tournament can be a celebration of youth amidst remembrance.

The impact of this event extends beyond just sports; it brings together families from local schools and clubs who have been touched by this tragedy. By participating in this tournament or supporting our cause through donations, you help us create a positive experience for our youth while honoring those we've lost.
