    Story

Garden Village was built to provide recreation to its residents. Today the village still enjoys a good community feel, people come together and contribute towards building a spirit of unity. Whether it be through the local school, Wats Dyke, or the village fair, or local elections, the residents of Garden Village keep a sense of community that is rapidly declining in other areas.

Garden Village has had a football club in the past and we are bringing it back.

Our football club looks to build upon this community spirit by taking players of any ability and experience and provide recreation with the sole aim to grow potential in both sport and life skills.

Sport, specifically football is for all, not just those who develop earlier or quicker than others.

Our vision is to create a football club that doesn't just develop football players on the field but also of it. Linking with all aspects of this worldwide business to introduce and develop young people in the various professions within the industry, from playing to coaching, marketing to managing, physio to psychology, teaching to researching, refereeing to statistical analysis etc. Gone are the days where people can't have careers in football. Whilst less than 1% might make it to an elite playing level, the opportunities to have a career within football, utilising football or sport are limitless.

Our football club is more than just training and match day it's about building partnerships that will introduce a world of opportunities to young people.

Please help us make this possible through donations or even simply contacting us with partnership opportunities.

Thank you for your time in reading our story so far.......
