I've raised £3000 to help my niece ruby-mai be laid to rest peacefully. she was only 7 months old and passed away yesterday 4.11.17

Thank you for visiting our just Giving page, and to all of you that have already generously donated – can we say a very huge thank you. We have decided to update our Just Giving page to create some transparency, and to give you a small insight into where your generously donated money will go.
The page was set up on Sunday 5th November to raise funds for Ruby-Mai’s funeral who sadly lost her life on Saturday 4th November, just 7 months old. Initially when we set up the page, we had no idea that Faraghers funeral directors would kindly offer to provide the practical parts of the funeral service for free, and that, we are very grateful. However, we made the decision to continue fundraising for Ruby-Mai’s funeral because as the fortnight has progressed, we have come across many other financial pay-outs that Bev would not have been able to meet if it wasn’t for your kind donations.
The money you have all donated will be used to pay for flowers, the wake, memory balloons and photographs from Ruby-Mai’s siblings , memory video to be played at the service and a headstone or plaque in Ruby – Mai’s memory. If there is any money left over, it will be given to Ruby – Mai’s siblings towards their Christmas, and a donation will be given to Rebecca House for the kind and sensitive way they have cared for Ruby – Mai, and will remain to do so until her cremation on Thursday.
This page has been set up to support a mum who has lost a child so suddenly, and like any other fundraising page, it is set up with very good intentions. We appreciate that when people donate money, they generally would like to know what they are donating towards, and I hope this new information gives you some clarity.
Can I once again take this opportunity to thank everyone who has taken the time to visit our page and donate so generously towards our cause.
