Hi Everyone, we are looking for your support....

Every day we go to work to care for the frail older people in our society. This is the age group of people who fought wars for us, just to give us the younger generation freedom . Many of these amazing individuals today would give anything just to get out of a chair unaided never mind run a ultra marathon.

That is why we have been training for the last 12 months to give something back to this amazing generation while our bodies will still allow it.

So that’s why we are asking for your support, we are running Race to the Stones on 13th July, which is a 100km in 24hrs race for the 100 year olds who we care for to raise funds for equipment for our Frailty Assessment Unit at Lincoln County Hospital. We would like to purchase furniture, activity sets and moving and handling equipment to improve patient stay and experience.

Please can you support, any donation will help and I know on the day when we have to dig deep to just put one foot in front of the other we will know it has been worth it and you are behind us ......
