This page has been created to help this wonderful organisation run and help more people . Just £2 will make such a difference .... and to start our fundraising we are looking to raise money to help a very special man and his little pooch finally have a home. Please have a read of in his own words why we have started this page and also the marvellous work done by Sarah and her team to pay for storage costs , a new van and lots more :-)

In his own words

We are looking to raise £1500 pounds to put him and his little dog in a small place . Although he is long term homeless here he doesn't have a local connection due to moving away to combat his old addiction issues he is now thankfully clear of. Recently he's had a tough time out not really from the public as much as other people living out and their behaviours. He is resistant to the idea of institutional living and never hidden this and although he has been out has spent some of his time advising and helping us with our interactions amongst the homeless . Sadly recently his mental health and physical conditions are getting worse whether this is stress or environment, or a mixture of both we can't really say. Previously he has been resistant to appeals but now he feels it's the time to come in and try get him and his little dog inside so he can try seek appropriate treatments and get away from all the stress of living out in the current environment .

We are asking for donations to raise the deposit and the first months rent for this street friend ...

ABOUT H.O.M.E

Hello to everyone. We hope t outlines what we do & what we cover. We are a local group that Help the Homeless in Fareham and Gosport by visiting them regularly on the streets and topping up their supplies of drink,food including a regular Soup run,other items like clothes & sleeping bags ect. We cover 7 Women's Refuges,and supply them with any clothes for the ladies that arrive and we make up Welcome Boxes for them & their children when they arrive which includes items like toiletries,Tea,Coffee ect. We also do family days in Fareham and Gosport,these help families in need and we can also supply We store all our items donated at Units in Fareham.
