I'm raising £25000 to educate and support families and individuals affected by ketamine addiction

Story

In February 2026, we lost Honor — our beloved daughter — to suicide, following a battle with ketamine addiction. She was bright, funny, deeply loved, and let down by a system that didn't recognise the danger until it was too late.

We didn't know the signs. Most parents don't.

Ketamine addiction among young people is a growing crisis hiding in plain sight. Unlike alcohol or vaping, it isn't talked about in schools, flagged by GPs, or recognised by most families — until it's too late.

H23 Foundation is Honor's legacy. We are building something that will reach every school, every family, and every young person who needs it — so that no parent has to go through what we are going through.

Your donation will fund:

— School assemblies and education programmes reaching 10,000+ students in year one

— A parent support network and handbook for families navigating ketamine addiction

— Awareness campaigns that bring this crisis into the national conversation

— Advocacy for better services, faster referrals, and more research

Every pound goes directly towards making ketamine addiction as recognised as alcohol and vaping risks.

Honor deserved better. So do the thousands of young people and families facing this right now.

Please donate. Please share. Help us turn Honor's story into something that saves lives.

With love and determination,

Sarah and the H23 Foundation
