Hope For African Child Foundation (HACF) is a Uganda-based non-profit organisation that empowers women and children through education, health and sustainable development programs. ​They are a group of young men and women trying to make a difference in their community, reaching the people around them with hope and much needed change.

They have a small team of staff members and volunteers, and they want to build something that will outlive them. Being based in Bujagali Village in Jinja, Uganda, their surroundings are quite primitive and there is much that needs improvement.
