We are raising money for Alzheimers Society UK by doing a sponsored Skydive. Alzheimers is a charity which works on finding cause, care, cure and prevention for patients suffering with Alzheimers.

Imagine being alive but not being able to think, imagine living a life you don't remember, imagine holding the hand of a loved one not knowing who they are.

Hailey - On the 9th May 2018 my grandma passed away after battling Alzheimers disease for many months.

Shannon - My Great-Gran is currently battling Alzheimers and watching her fade away is heartbreaking.

Although they may not remember, or do things that we don't understand, this is the time they need us the most. One of the hardest things you'll ever have to do is grieve the loss of a person who is still alive.

To fundraise for Alzheimers Society we are taking part in a Skydive, we are doing this because by raising awareness we can help ensure that the needs of people living with dementia and their carers are addressed. The money we raise will go towards Care, Cause, Cure and Prevention of Alzheimers.

We were originally doing our skydive in May 2020, however due to COVID-19, it was cancelled by the airfield. We have rebooked and doing it hopefully 9th August ensuring that it's safe to do so.
