HAKA is a UK non-profit humanitarian aid group, whose mission is to make your donation as effective as possible, by helping restore dignity to some of the millions of displaced Ukrainian people. We take the aid directly to them in Kyiv, Lviv and Kharkiv.

Since 24th February 2022, the world has been aware of the escalation caused by the Russian invasion into Ukraine. But for many displaced Ukrainian people this started in March 2014 when Russia annexed Crimea and the war began in Donbas

By helping the Ukrainian people now, you may stop Putin’s irredentism of other former Soviet states.

We have already made trips in to the Ukraine taking essential humanitarian aid, ensuring it reached those displaced but still in the Ukraine. We have transported refugees to humanitarian hubs in Poland. We have also bought refugees and their family pets back to the UK, once they have secured a visa and their hosts have been identified.

We also aim to raise awareness of the ongoing plight of the Ukrainian people who are staying despite facing the relentless daily bombardment.

This appeal is to help the Ukrainian people and their animals. Giving free transport, accommodation and substance to displaced people to get them to humanitarian hubs in the Ukraine and Europe. For those with visa's and hosts in the UK, we will bring them back via Le shuttle, so that their animals can come with them.
