As many are aware Claire and Miguel have been through a really tough time with daughter Hallie. We will be walking the yorkshire 3 peaks on the 13th august as a team in support of them and the childrens heart foundation fund. Please help in any way you can so we can get as much donations as possible for the children's heart surgery unit

Hallie was born with a congenital heart defect called CCTGA (congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries), a large hole in her heart and leaky valve. She was born perfectly on the 23rd of Feb 2017 and after her first echo at a day old was told her hole had closed up and she shouldn't run into any problems until she was older.

At 3 weeks old she became breathless and was admitted to hospital, she needed surgery but this was postponed as she caught a cold which floored her. She had the surgery and a week after stopped breathing and needed CPR. After a could of months recovery from that she needed more heart surgery and a feeding tube and the top of her stomach tightened. Eventually we have been let home. After just short of 4 months in hospital missing the other children we can enjoy life as a family until her next surgery at 8-14 months old
