Our Story:

In August 2024 we have decided to take on the one of the greatest swimming challenges, swimming 21 miles across the English Channel from Dover to Calais, one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world. Our team is made up of 5 competitive swimmers who swim for Halstead Swimming Club in Essex all in our mid 20’s. As a group we have trained and competed alongside each other for 15+ years and competed in both pool and open water events including national championships.

Our goal is to raise £5000 child bereavement uk which is a chairty close to our hearts from completing the swim.
