✂️ I’ve Cut My Hair for a Cause Close to My Heart 💖

This summer, I made the big decision to cut my hair and donate it to the Princess Trust UK — a charity that creates real-hair wigs for children and young people who’ve lost their hair due to cancer treatment or other conditions. Growing my hair for 18months with the intention to donate felt like something that wouldn't take much, but would give a whole lot more.

For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to do whatever I can to support children, in whatever way I can. Their strength and resilience, especially in the face of something as traumatic as cancer, has always inspired me. Sadly, like many of us, I’ve had personal experience with cancer within my family, and I know all too well the emotional and physical toll it takes — not just on the body, but on confidence and identity, especially for young people.

Losing your hair as a child can be devastating. A wig might seem like a small thing, but for a young person battling illness, it can be a powerful gift — helping them feel more like themselves and giving a boost of confidence when they need it most.

It costs around £40 to turn donated hair into a high-quality wig — and that’s where I need your help. I’ve done the chop ✂️ — now I’m hoping you might consider donating to help cover the cost of making this gift truly complete.

Even a small amount can make a big difference. 💛

Together, we can help bring a little light and hope to children going through the darkest of times.

Thank you so much for your support.
