We named our prospective CIO "Hand-to-Hold" because we want to give a helping hand to those parents in need of care, support and advice in mother tongue and by addressing cultural and emotional sensitivities that people from common background and common problems share.

The Covid-19 lockdown in spring 2020 showed how isolated, vulnerable and desperate parents of SEND children with no support might be. We want to provide phycological, social, legal and physical support to Russian speaking families who struggle.
