Story
I am going over to Calais next week to volunteer with Care 4 Calais and really want to bring over some donations with me. I am taking a rucksack with me and would like to fill it with essential items which I will buy before hand. They're in need of:
• Rucksacks and travel bags
• Smartphones
• Tents
• Sleeping bags and blankets
• Men’s warm waterproof winter coats
• Men's waterproof walking boots with raised ankle sizes 38 – 45 (but most sizes 42/43)
• Toiletries and toiletry packs
Money to fund Care4Calais' ongoing work in the camp
As most of you know the main camp has been cleared and thousands of refugees have been displaced around France. Conditions are still poor and donations are needed more than ever.
