Story
I am part of a team aiming to travel to Uganda in February 2017 as part of a college project to help educate children in the Acholi tribe.
My college has set up a project called AfriDACA where a group of students, including myself, will travel out to Uganda with school supplies and games for the children living out there and we will be delivering basic English and maths skills in order to make their lives better.
The money will be used to help to buy resources to take to Uganda and to fund the project as a whole. Any donations would be very helpful and would be extremely appreciated as any money donated could change the lives of the children and families living in the Acholi community.
In order to raise this money I will be cycling the Leeds- Liverpool canal on the weekend commencing the 12th November 2016. Also, I am looking to take part in a 24 hour sports event to help fundraise for the project.
Thank you for taking the time to read about this charity campaign and for any donations made to support it
