Young Minds is a charity who fights for young peoples mental health. The crisis in children and young people’s mental health is real and it is urgent. More children and young people than ever before are reaching out for help with their mental health. But for those who take that brave step, help is much too hard to find.

Since I was 14 I have battled with mental health, at first I didn't understand what it was or how to deal with it. Growing up and becoming who I am I have learnt coping mechanisms, but some days are still bad. Young Minds is a charity who works with young people and their parents supporting them with mental health issues and making them feel empowered; giving them a voice.

I am absolutely terrified of heights but nothing is scarier than battling with your own thoughts every single day. I'm doing this for my best friends, my family and any other person that I know is still struggling with mental health. This is really close to my heart and any donations I would be extremely grateful. Thank you x
