I've raised £4500 to build classrooms for disadvantaged children in India.

Once I have completed fundraising, I will return to India to get my hands dirty and build a sustainable school in a small village called Ranibagh. I’ve had the privilege of teaching the children under a shady tree on a piece of barren land and after spending many months with the villagers I got to opportunity to understand them on a deeper level, to know their challenges, fears and aspirations. Here is what they had to say….
“I want to be happy’" - Zita, Age 7
"Everybody fights, we need to study so we can reform” - Shalini, Age 9
“My dad wasn’t able to do anything, I want to become an Engineer to make him proud” - Rajesh, Age 15
“I want to bring a positive change to my village and become something” - Bhavika, Age 13
“Where I live there should be a place to study so the people can gain knowledge and become good citizens” - Buntu, Age 12
The current literacy rate of the village is below 10% meaning many of the children will not fulfill their future aspirations. I want to make a change, but I need YOUR help to do so. Please help me reach my goal of raising £4,500 so I can build a school, a donation today will give these kids a promising and happy future.
