So it's finally here.. myself and Andy have been training for a while for this, working our butts off in the gym feeling ready for this challenge, until we had our school summer holidays!!

We are raising money for the school we work in. It is a special needs school situated in Toxteth. The school caters for children with severe learning difficulties from the ages of 3-11. Many of our children have an additional diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorder and several of the children attending our school also have additional medical and sensory needs as well as life limiting conditions that require specialist care.

We would love to raise lots of money to help upgrade and revamp our current specialist equipment and resources in order to provide a safe and fun environment for our children to learn in, whilst also providing them with the therapeutic support they require. Unfortunately, this specialist equipment we require is extrememly expensive and budgets are very limited.

All donations big and little will be hugely appreciated and to see the huge smiles on our fantastic children's faces is a dream come true, the specialist equipment, specially adapted rooms and resources mean the world to all staff, children and parents.
