In April of this year, a wonderful young man named Cameron was tragically killed in an air crash. Cameron was an incredible RAF pilot with a cracking personality and a truly kind, positive and caring nature, as well as a very dear friend of my brother's.

To honour Cameron, his family started a project in Mkushi, Zambia to build an orphanage which will give hundreds of orphans the opportunity to attend school and give them some hope of a bright and fulfilled future. The project has begun but desperately needs more funding in order to carry on. There are hopeful plans to build a creche, nursery school, some houses, accommodation for teachers, a bore hole for running water and of course lots of supplies are needed too.

So I've decided that if (and only if!) £1,000 can be raised for this amazing cause, I'm going to make myself look totally ridiculous by shaving my actual hair off in front of a large crowd on New Year's Eve this year. Yep, I'm not kidding.
