There is an ongoing project for construction of a Temple (Hanuman Mandir) back in my village in Haryana, India. The project is being supervised by a few ex-army men, and the village council (Gram Panchayat). This will be the only temple in my village, since the ancient temple that existed is in ruins. This new and only temple will help in the spiritual uplift of the simple villagers.

The construction work started in October 2017 and is progressing well. The total cost of the project is estimated to be close to £50,000. Since this is a big amount, it would be difficult to raise this locally from the village and surrounding villages. We are making an attempt to raise at least 20% of this amount (£10,000).
