I've raised £100 to Compassion Child Survival Programme and Ninewells neonatal unit
Organised by Amanda Swain
Due to concerns in pregnancy, Eliza was delivered at 37 weeks and was admitted to the neonatal unit with breathing difficulties. She spent three days there before she was discharged on to the postnatal ward. Despite it being a worrying and upsetting time, Eliza received outstanding care and was given the best start possible. The staff in the neonatal unit supported us as a family and provided us with what we needed to find joy, hope and peace in those first few crucial days. As Eliza turns one, we would like to say thank you through donating funds to help provide other babies and their families with the same care and support.
