A group of parents and teachers have decided to walk, relay and run this year's Belfast City Marathon in a whole school sponsorship event representing Harmony Hill Primary School!

We are trying to raise much needed funds for our school community. We benefited greatly in the past from the fundraising efforts of a busy PTA, however due to the pandemic, we have been unable to carry out many of our usual activities and the school has suffered as a result.

We are therefore delighted to be able to 'get up and running' again and the teams have been training hard for the event so would really appreciate any support. Money raised will go towards new chairs for our ICT suite, the development of our Forest Schools area and thermoplastic playground markings to enhance the children's outdoor learning experiences.

Our school motto is ‘Together we Flourish’ and, as we raise funds to enhance our learning opportunities for the children, we also want to support charities which are close to the heart of our school community. We have chosen Leukaemia and Lymphoma NI and Pretty 'n' Pink specifically because children and adults within our school family have been impacted by diseases which these charities support.
