Story
In loving memory of Harold/Dad/Grandad. In 2014 he was diagnosed with alzheimer's and over the past 6 years tried to stay strong and not let this awful disease beat him.
Over more recent years he attended St Paul's Wood Day Care, the staff here were amazing to Harold and his family, the care and attention they gave was superb, both Harold and us as his family would directly like to thank the team at St Paul's Wood Day Care for all they have done and will continue to do for others, day in day out.
The centre is run by the charity Mind but as this centre is close to our families heart, both Harold and his family would rather that any donations go direct to the centre, rather than to just the nationwide charity. We have contacted them to make sure that all donations are put into the Centre and they have confirmed that anything they buy will be directly linked with Harold, so their suggestions were anything associated with football/Charlton Athletic etc.
We hope you agree that if you would prefer to donate rather than send flowers this is will help a Centre that certain deserves anything we are able to give them.
