Hello,

We are the Angell Family and we are raising funds to take Harry to Give Kids the World in Florida later this year!

A little bit of background.

Back in 2019, when Harry was just 2 and a half, he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. As you can imagine this rocked his (and our) world to the core. He went from a happy little toddler to a child fighting for his life against an illness he was to young to understand. He was in treatment for three years and two months. In that time, he had more chemotherapy than I can count, he lost his hair three times, spent over seven months total in hospital... and thats without the days spent there just for appointments. He had to relearn how to walk and talk. He spent one New Years eve in the ICU on a ventilator, with every hour that passed a question mark over his life.

Thankfully, on June 21st 2022, Harry reached remission and has remained cancer free since.

We have been offered the chance to take him and his brothers to Give Kids the World in Florida. It is a special place for children who have been through the worst health battles and our accommodation and food have all been paid for. We have covered our own travel expenses and car hire.

HOWEVER, there is a support fee that is required to be raised by a third party. We are not allowed to pay for this through our own pocket or Harry will lose his eligibility to go. This is why we are crowd funding here. We desperately want to take Harry - he and his brothers deserve this so much after all they have been through. We realise times are tough for everyone right now, so all we ask is that if you give, we would be more grateful than you could possibly know.
