19 is a charity that focuses on mental health providing support to people who are suffering or who have suffered. this charity is close to my heart as it is to so many others. I am running this Cardiff half marathon in memory of a good friend Sam Ashe. This is such a fantastic charity that will benefit so many people. id be greatly appreciated if you could sponsor me to help such an amazing charity.
