We sadly lost a dear friend recently . He wasn’t just a friend , he was a son , a partner and heartbreakingly a dad .

We are raising this money for Checkmate :a men’s mental health hub .

Checkmate exists to bring men together and start conversations around mental health. Through exercise and social events, we create supportive spaces where men can connect, talk, and feel less alone.

Having lost loved ones to mental health struggles, this cause is deeply personal to us. While we know our events won’t fix everything, they can be the first step — helping someone open up, change how they feel, and realise support is there.
