Right you lovely bunch of people, time to open those wallets! Me, my Dad, my Uncle and a friend of my Dad’s are walking the 3 peaks challenge in August. This really is a challenge and consists of walking up the highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) all in 24 hours! With no walking experience under our belts as of yet the challenge is on!

UCL (for the AL Amyloidosis Research Fund) – One of my oldest and closest friends recently lost a family member who had been battling with this horrible disease for months. Diagnosis of AL amyloidosis can be extremely challenging so donations towards research and prevention are invaluable. Read more about it here -
