Story

My wife along with others suffer from Parkinsons, the most awfull illness which dramatically changes the sufferers life and those around them.In the past Dr Alan Whone at the Bristol Brain Centre ran a trial for the use of GDNF.The trial was seen to perform well but data didnt support what was seen to be a vast improvement.I believe the trial was stopped but needs to continue due to amazing benefits noted.I would like to raise funds to help move this forward.I am not brave enough to drop from a plane, walk a tightrope or bungee jump from a great height but........one of my worst fears is having my hair cut.To that end I have grown my hair to my favourite length with a view to having it removed by a Tewkesbury hairdresser. Nigel from Rage in Tewkesbury has kindly offered to do the deed when I am brave enough to do it.That time has nearly come.(see photo attached for current growth).I am begging for any amount that can be spared to help me reach a grand or more if possible.I appreciate times are hard but anything you can give will be greatly appreciated.
