In 2019 Scouts from all across the world are gathering in West Virginia in North America for the 24th World Scout Jamboree! I, along with 6 other Scouts from the Gillingham district, have been selected to represent Gillingham in the Kent Contingent. The fee of £3945 covers not only my fee but also a proportion goes into a Solidarity Fund that ensures that Scouts from less fortunate countries get to experience this amazing opportunity too (every country in the world except 4 are represented at the Jamboree)

I will be spending the next year and a half raising as much money as possible through fundraising and events that I will be organising alongside my fellow scouts and with the help of our families.
