Weʼre raising £4,000 to Build the next row of seating in our school woodland area.
- Hatherleigh, Okehampton, UK
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
A group of teachers and parents are doing a sponsored parachute jump to raise money for the project below.
Our plan has been to develop the woodland into a ground breaking outside education centre, not just for our school children but for local community groups, such as the Brownies, art groups and other schools for outside cooking, bush craft, art, literature, technology (the list is unlimited and endless). Since 2015 we have raised and applied £45,224 to the project. And we are now looking at the next stage of the project which involves getting funding for 2x rows of seating in the amphitheatre with some steps, a viewing area at the top, extending the stage around the tree and then a retractable canopy/sail roof. Please help us to acheive our goal.
