Shamaya has been chosen by her school (olqp) to be part of a small group who are travelling to Ghana in February 2019. This will be the third year the school have taken students to experience a different way of life and use their skills to help provide a local village with vital equipment and resources. Previous trips have helped to build a well, providing clean, safe water and repairing the local school. This is an amazing opportunity to experience something completely different to our way of life. Shamaya will help teach the children as well as participate in ongoing projects-whatever is needed whilst she is there. Her overall aim is to raise £800 but we have set a much smaller target as every little helps. There are other fundraising events planned through the summer. Please help in any way you can. Thank you
