Story
4 years of abuse harassment and intimidation from our neighbours which gradually worsened to the point that I was physically attacked and assaulted.
They are refusing to hand over the cctv and have instead claimed that I attacked them provoking the shared housing association to seek an asb injunction against myself to prevent me from harassing them.
The housing association themselves are under scrutiny from our solicitor as they have never acted for us against the abuse received not only by myself and my wife Louise, but by visitors and delivery people as well.
We are looking not only to defend this outrageous accusation, but to counterclaim asb harassment from the neighbours and discrimination from Bromford housing.
