As some of you may remember, not long after moving to Spain I found a very sad, injured baby pitbull called Mikey. He looked like he had been used as dog fighting bait and he had a really bad tick infestation. After not knowing where to turn the lovely Laura Gibbins fostered Mikey and Geoff and his team at PPP kennels looked after him and gave him the treatment he needed and he is now back to good health and looking for a home! 😃 on 10th or 11th December I am doing a 10k walk with Mikey along the rio Grande to raise money for the kennels that looked after Mikey and helped me when I didn't know where to turn.
