As some of you know I work with our local Mental Health Group, Talk it Out who do an amazing job supporting anyone who needs their help and support. At some point in our lives many of us have gone through difficult times and to know we have something like this on our doorstep is awesome! To continue to support the group I have decided to set myself a challenge which I feel is very fitting...Ant Middleton will be putting me through my paces both physically and mentally with his Mind over Muscle camp. I'm super excited and equally super scared and I hope that in doing this I can raise awareness as well as raising some funds for the group.
