Holmes Chapel's Santa's Sleigh Fund

This is the first year that the Holmes Chapel Partnership (HCP) have managed the Christmas Santa's Sleigh runs around the village. Originally the Sleigh was run by Holmes Chapel Round Table and more recently it was managed by the Holmes Chapel Rotary Club (which has now closed). We manage the safe operation (Elf and safety) of the sleigh, and the distribution of funds collected, but each night we have different local groups that bring Santa to your estate. We realise that now we live in a digital age, where we often find ourselves without any real money, so to cater for that possibility we have set up this Justgiving page for the Sleigh Fund. Each local group that helps with the sleigh qualifies for a share of the funds collected, but as some groups support the sleigh without taking any share of the proceeds, we will be left with a residual pot that will be managed by the HCP and distributed to local groups and good causes on application. The groups that are supporting us this year are;

Holmes Chapel Scouts, Holmes Chapel Guides, Holmes Chapel Tangent, Goostrey Scouts, Brereton Scouts, Holmes Chapel Fire Brigade, Homes Chapel 41 Club, Holmes Chapel Pre-School, Holmes Chapel Viking Explorer Scouts, Dane Sound Radio, the Remembering Nell Foundation and the Rotary Foundation.

If you have a local good cause or need , and would like to apply for a grant then further information will be available from HCP in January 2019.
