I'm raising £1000 to Help Holly have another round of IVF following the devastating loss of baby Jasmine 👼🏻

As a single woman with a low AMH count, Holly is not entitled to have IVF on the NHS and so she has turned to private treatment at Bourn Hall. Unfortunately, the first cycle was unsuccessful and although the second cycle did result in successful pregnancy, heartbreakingly this ended with a baby loss at 20 weeks.Holly is completely devastated, as you can imagine.
In order to try for another baby Holly will need to undergo a 3rd, more expensive & intrusive, cycle in order to produce a better quality of eggs. Without a successful egg collection, Holly's chance of natural motherhood is nil. These cycles have cost Holly everything, mentally & financially & she is broken.
Holly is apprehensive about me setting up this page. However, I know any donation at all will be much appreciated, to help with the high costs of her treatment and hopefully result in 3rd time lucky
*How it began* ...
10 years ago Holly was diagnosed with Endometriosis, following 15 years of suffering. Following a trip to A & E & having her appendix removed, it transpired that it was healthy, but covered in endometrial tissue. This lead to gynae appointments & finally diagnosis.
Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women, yet still little is known about it & the funding & support is limited. It is not just a “bad period” symptoms include chronic pelvic pain at any time, nausea, fatigue, painful periods & infertility.
Since diagnosis Holly has had 4 major surgeries to remove the tissue. The most recent had to be done privately costing £8,000 as she had been unable to work for 3 years, & COVID meant the NHS waiting list was over 2 years.
As a result of all the treatments, it transpired that her AMH level, the egg reserve, has dramatically & rapidly reduced to less than ¼ of what it should be for a woman of her age.We are incredibly frustrated that no one involved in Holly's treatment suggested that she do an egg collection whilst she was younger.
Thank you so much for reading and helping if you are able.
