Story
Social prescribing helps people with mental health issues cope with stress and anxiety by encouraging them to be social and active.
Head In The Game aims to help people struggling with mental health issues to engage with others in a friendly, supportive setting while improving their fitness through basketball.
Coaches are completely voluntary, we are only looking for funding to secure our first year of facility costs.
