Story

Hello, we are Paul and Zoe. Fortysomething partners, parents and 'runners' from Leicestershire and we are calling on the running community and anyone that would love to get involved!

Running has been kind to both of us throughout our lives. We have always experienced fantastic support and encouragement and made many life-long friends along the way. We have decided now feels like the right time to give something back to those who need help and support of their own.

We have created Head Runners to provide funds and help raise awareness of the positive impact running has on our mental health. Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. This needs to change... and running can help!

Our aim is to provide funding and deliver vital services by offering mental health courses through MHFA England for both individuals and running clubs across the UK, allowing them to help raise awareness.

Please join us on our journey.

Many thanks, Paul & Zoe.
