Story
I've lost several people that were close to me because of cancer: my aunt in 2001, my brother in 2008, my classmate in 2012 and my grandmother in 2013. My hope for the future is that there will come a time where cancer is no longer a deadly disease. That's why in 2018 I'll be running the Paris Marathon and climbing the Alpe d'Huez to raise money for cancer research. Money raised will go to the Dutch Cancer Research Fund (KWF).
