On Saturday 2 September 2017, Colin Stuart and I will be walking across the Queensferry Crossing at lunchtime having been successful in the ballot. We want to fundraise for End Polio Now and are looking for your support to help us raise £200. Due to the work that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Rotary have been doing, 16m people have avoided contracting polio, 2.5bn children have been vaccinated throughout the world, and only 5 cases of polio have been reported this year. A polio free world is genuinely in sight and we must get over the finish line.
