I've raised £1000 to raise funds to make things easier for Heather and Tyler for when she comes home after Heather underwent a lung transplant yesterday.

Heather is a incredibly brave young lady who has battled cystic fibrosis her entire life. A wonderful caring mom to a just as incredible son Tyler.
Heather has spent her entire life in and out of hospital and unfortunately her health deteriorated in recent months and was placed on the urgent lung transplant list.
Yesterday, 13th April 2019 Heather underwent a life saving double lung transplant.
Heather has a long battle still ahead of her but we know she can do this.
In the meantime while Heather's fragile body recovers I would like to try and raise as much money as possible so that we can get Heather and Tyler's new home ready for them to live in together when she eventually comes home.
Just before Heather was hospitalised she moved into a house which needed decorating from top to bottom along with some adaptions to make things a little easier for when she gets home. Tyler is a young carer who is due to start secondary school in September. Having a few adaptions and decor done to the home will also benefit him too and make life a little easier and calmer.
Any extra money will pay for a treat for Tyler and the family who have been by Heather's side every step of the way so that they can spend some much needed quality time together and then anything else left will be donated to the amazing hospitals which have cared for heather over the years.
Please take a moment to remember and give thanks to the brave selfless donor who has helped save Heather's life along with thanks to the wonderful NHS nurses, surgeons and teams who have helped look after this amazing young lady.
I've set the initial target of £1000 but would absolutely love to beat this.
Please give as your able to or share this page far and wide and help raise some funds for a much deserving family.
Many thanks.
