Story
The rescue is currently in need of 6 specialist veterinary cages, and a specialist microscope for analysing faecal samples.
The cages we have our eye on are state-of-the-art and perfect for housing hedgehogs requiring intensive care! These cages are entirely made of recycled plastic, as we believe in finding the most environmentally-friendly ways of helping hedgehogs.
The microscope will allow for faster faecal sample analysis, allowing us to faster detect and confirm which internal parasites our hedgehog patients are burdened with.
Any money that you can donate will be greatly appreciated. Currently (19th January 2020) we are caring for 74 hedgehog patients, and thanks to Tracey, donations and dedicated volunteers, we have managed to stay open for almost the entirety of the COVID pandemic.
