    Story

I work as a midwife and I love running. Tommy’s the charity that funds research into to stillbirth, miscarridge and premature birth have offered me a place on their team to run in the London Marathon in 2019.

My aim is too raise at least £2000 for Tommy’s. This money will fund research into miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth, and provide pregnancy health information to parents. We believe it is unacceptable that one in four women lose a baby during pregnancy and birth. We want every parent to have the best possible pregnancy outcomes and to take home happy, healthy babies.

As a midwife i often seen the heartbreak families have to face and by raising this money by running the London Marthon in 2019 we can help save some families from this heartbreak.

Hi, I’m a Midwife and I run, not very fast but I can do the distance! I want to run the London marathon in 2019 for Tommys and need to raise at least £2000 on their behalf.
