I am extremely proud to support such a worthy cause and helping to end the stigma surrounding Mental Health and Depression. To raise money I shall be completing a 25 mile walk over The Yorkshire Three Peaks on Sunday 23rd September 2018 starting in Horton -in-Ribblesdale. Any donations will be gratefully received.

ManHealth knows from experience that peer support can help men to take huge strides forward in their recovery. Men who have experienced depression can offer privileged insight and understanding, and draw on their own experiences to help other men. The support men give can be extremely effective and complement support given by mental health professionals, or provide a lifeline to those for whom traditional mental health support has not worked.
