Last year a dear friend of mine became unwell and he and his family have had a yet unfinished difficult journey. He told me he wanted to raise some money towards a new scanner at Musgrove Park Hospital and I decided I wanted to help him. This year I turned 50 and it seemed like a good place to start and in my first week i managed to raise about £200. But that is not enough, so I have set this page up so that through a series of events (and with the help of my friends) I can put all money raised into one place. Hopefully more than the target can be raised, but I had to pick a number. We all will benefit from a new scanner, whether directly or indirectly. My friends mean a lot to me- and this page is to celebrate a wonderful friendship 🙂
